Nutritional Value of Animal Products
Aim:
The aim of this project was to study and compare the nutritional value of different animal products such as milk, egg, meat, and fish.
Objectives:
To identify the nutrients present in animal products
To compare proteins, fats, and vitamins in milk, egg, meat, and fish
To understand the importance of animal products in human nutrition
Tools:
Science textbook, notebook, pen, reference materials
Procedure:
The project was carried out by collecting information from the science textbook and reference books. The nutritional content of milk, egg, meat, and fish was studied carefully. The data related to proteins, fats, and vitamins present in each product was recorded. The collected information was then compared and analyzed in tabular form.

Conclusion:
From this project, it was concluded that animal products are rich sources of proteins and essential vitamins. Eggs and meat provide high proteins, milk supplies balanced nutrients, and fish provides high protein with low fat. Including these foods in a balanced diet helps in growth and good health.
